How to Hear God When You Pray
Last night was an amazing time interviewing my friends Tammy Chapman and Felecia Lucas about “How to Hear God When You Pray.”
The video today is a little longer than usual, but there’s a reason…
The content they were sharing was TOO GOOD to stop!
I literally could have sat with them all night listening to their wisdom about listening to God through Scripture and prayer. I learned so much, and I can guarantee that you’re going to glean something today too. We can learn to hear God when we pray! (Note: Don’t miss Tammy’s acronym for prayer and Felecia’s story about how God used a different kind of fast in her life to help her to hear from Him. Amazing.)

If you want a link to the book Felecia mentioned and notes on Tammy’s acronym, go visit the comments from the video on my Facebook page. I’ve pinned it to the top just for you!)
Ladies…..WOW, I thoroughly needed “ALL” of your thoughts. Thank you so much Amy for having Tammy and Felecia to join you on your video series. I can relate to a lot of what was said. I needed the “Soul Fast” analogy from Felecia as well as the “Worship Acroymn” from Tammy. As always, I enjoy your words of wisdom Amy. Merry CHRISTmas to you all. ~Lisa~
Hi Amy! That was such a gift. Thank you! I am an early riser so listed very earlier in the morning and it has so set the atmosphere and speed and tone and direction for the rest of my day. And that of my family (yeah…everyone feeds off of mom’s energy). Thank you so much. I am a fairly new member of your community but enjoying every step of the journey.
Blessings on you and your ministry.

Heather, I’m so glad the interview encouraged you! I told Tammy and Felecia that we’d go for 15 minutes, but I honestly could have listened to them all night. Hopefully, they’ll come back again some time. I feel like we only got the tip of the iceberg!
Both of those were my takeaways too! I feel so blessed to be in Tammy and Felecia’s presence at our study once a week, and I’m learning loads from them. Hopefully I can lure them back for another interview soon. 🙂
